Read More...Responsible Parties and Prize Money Recipients are automatically set as the Owner of the horse on an entry.
To change these settings, please complete the following steps:
File Menu > Administration
Edit System Preferences > General Tab
You will see two drop down menus, ‘Responsible Party’ and ‘Prize Money Recipient’. Select your default choice.
With ShowGrounds Auto-Fill feature, entering an entry can take as little as 17 seconds. When entering a horse for the entry, all past associated rider, trainer, owner and stable are automatically entered. Just enter the rider into classes, and you’re done.

To find any or all RTO’s with missing Social Security numbers, complete the following steps.
Open RTO’s module–list view.
Under ‘Select’, on the file menu, choose ‘Query Editor’.
Under ‘Available Fields’, please select ‘Social_Security_Number’. Under ‘Comparisons, please select ‘is equal to’.
And, finally, in the ‘Value’ field, located at the bottom of the screen, please leave this blank.
