Suppress a Show from being viewed online

To disallow the public to view a particular show on ShowGroundsLive.com, follow these steps:
1. Open the detail of the show from the ‘Shows’ area of the palette.
2. On the ‘Web’ tab, in the ‘Web Settings’ area, please check the ‘Suppress Show on Web’ checkbox.
3. Save your changes in the window.
Void or Refund a Credit Card Payment

To refund or void a credit card transaction, please go to the payment module, and create a subset of entries you would like to void/refund. Please note that this can only be done for Authorize.net payments, please see note below. Once the subset is created, please go to the Quick Action Wheel, and select, ‘Void or Refund Authorize.net Payments’.
Currently, ShowGrounds only supports the void or refunding of Authorize.net payments. It has been decided that the integration of voiding or refunding of SecureNet payments will not be implemented at this time. This is due to many of our customer’s agreeing for a payment to be removed, conscious actions must be taken so it is not done by mistake.

Set up Credit Card Processing

ShowGrounds supports both Authorize.net and SecureNet credit card processing systems. Once an account has been created with either of these companies, (please find contact information below to do so), follow the steps listed here to integrate your account with ShowGrounds.
- Go to the File menu, selecting ‘Administration’.
- In the ‘Administration Options’ window that appears, please select ‘Edit System Preferences’.
- Select the ‘Credit Cards’ tab, and enter your settings that were provided by either Authorize.net or SecureNet.
- Please also remember to enable these settings by clicking the corresponding checkbox at the top of the window.

Set up Email within ShowGrounds

ShowGrounds allows all users to directly send an email to a rider, trainer or owner from within the entries module.
All users may use this feature, though ShowGrounds allows only one reply-to email address for the entire system. To set this reply-to system email address:
1. Go to ‘Administration’ under the file menu.
2. Choose ‘Edit System Preferences’.
3. Click on the ‘Internet’ tab.
4. Enter the Reply To email address in the ‘Email Settings’ area of this window.
If the person does not have an email address saved within the database, the software will alert you with a beep, and no email window will appear.
We suggest creating a new email address with your domain, such as ’showgrounds@yourdomain.com’ for your reply-to email address. Or, suggest to your staff to include their email address within the message.
