Brand new registration system…

Yes, it’s true. Starting Tuesday 12-8-08 ShowGroundsLive.com sites will be sporting a new registration system. Why you may ask? Well the old one had some issues. Initially we thought everyone had a USEF number, so we thought that would be a great way to verify new registrants. It turns out this just isn’t so. The new system allows any user to be registered as long as they have a valid email address.

Find RTO’s Missing Social Security Information

To find any or all RTO’s with missing Social Security numbers, complete the following steps.
- Open RTO’s module–list view.
- Under ‘Select’, on the file menu, choose ‘Query Editor’.
- Under ‘Available Fields’, please select ‘Social_Security_Number’. Under ‘Comparisons, please select ‘is equal to’.
- And, finally, in the ‘Value’ field, located at the bottom of the screen, please leave this blank.
Your screen should look just as the screenshot below:
To explain further, the Query Editor is performing a search in the database for RTO’s that have the ‘Social_Security_Number’, ‘equal to’, nothing; or, the social security field is empty.
