These release notes summarize the changes made in the most recent release, 2.03.54.

New Features

[ShowGroundsMail] One of our most exciting ShowGroundsLive features yet! ShowGrounds now offers, ShowGroundsMail, an exhibitor’s comprehensive day schedule, sent directly to their inbox the previous evening. The email organizes the exhibitors trips according to whether they are the rider, owner or trainer on their next day’s entries. Information displayed within the email includes; Class Time, Name and Ring, the Entries’ Horse, Rider and placement in Order of Go. ShowGrounds has subscribed all registered ShowGroundsLive users to this service, subscription is also available through their RTO record on the ‘Communications’ tab. We have also given the ShowGrounds user the ability to have emails CC-ed to other emails, such as trainers’ assistants, parents, etc. Users may now also view a log of emails sent by the system including the nightly scheduled emails. 

[Assign Balance Transfer Feature to Specific Groups] The ability to transfer balances is listed in a groups’ Special Privileges list; allowing a Master Admin to assign this ability to specific user groups. To setup which users can use it you must administer the groups that users are in. A user can do this if ANY of the groups they are a member of have “Can TransferBalances” checked on the special privileges tab for that group. If they can not then the button is not visible. If they can the button is visible. You must logout between making these changes to see them in effect. 

Web & Other

 [Class Sponsor now Viewable on ShowGroundsLive.com] When a class has a sponsor entered within the class detail, ShowGroundsLive.com will display this on the ‘Class Detail’ and ‘View Order’ pages. 

Bug Fixes

[Rapid Add/Drop on Multi-Rider Entries: Deleting Rider Classes] When using the Rapid Add/Drop tool on a multi-rider entry, the drop action in the tool would cause the other riders classes on the entry to be deleted. This is the other half of the bug fix from 2.03.51. 

[Email Being Sent Repeatedly] During the creation of ‘ShowGrounds Mail’, all emails were being sent recurrently over a course of three days. While the system that sent the emails out sent them multiple times, the action that generated the email, such as adding an entry or registering for ShowGroundsLive.com, occurred only once.  

[Entries List View Search Bar Speed] When completing a search in the bottom left corner search field within entries’ list view, the querying process had become slow. ShowGrounds has indexed many fields in the entry table. This has increased the search speed 1,000 fold.

These release notes summarize the changes made in the most recent release, 2.03.52, which is a small iteration for bug fixes.

Bug Fixes

[SGL Classes Dropdown: Incorrect Dates] On ShowGroundsLive.com, any drop down menus listing classes would have incorrect class dates. Originally, they would appear incorrect or as ‘00/00/00′. This has been resolved, and class dates are now displaying correctly.

[Ingate Tool: Print Order of Go button] The print button for Order of Go, has been added to the ‘Order of Go’ tab in the Ingate Tool.   

[Entries: Quick Action: 'Check Selection for Past Balance'] This Quick Action, did not function properly. The feature has now been fixed, and moved to the ‘Quick Search’ in Entries as ‘Find Entries with Past Balances’. 

[Rapid Add/Drop on Multi-Rider Entries: Deleting Rider Classes] When using the Rapid Add/Drop tool on a multi-rider entry, any action in the tool would cause the other riders classes on the entry to be deleted. This has been resolved for adding classes with the tool. 2.03.53 release is expected to have the fix for dropping classes. Thank you for your patience. 

[Entry Detail: Add/Drop Classes, Click 'All Classes' tab] In the entry detail of a multi-rider entry, if the user entered classes in either the add or drop field, and rather than hitting the ‘tab’ key; clicked the ‘All Classes’ tab, the classes would be removed from the rider.

These release notes summarize the changes made in the most recent release, 2.03.51.

New Features

[Entry Detail - Delete Fee] Within the entry detail, in the account area, the ‘Delete Fee’ button has been replaced with ‘Refund Fee’. When a fee line item is highlighted, the user will now click ‘Refund Fee’, creating a negative charge. Once a fee has been refunded, ShowGrounds will not allow the user to complete the action twice. This change has been made to create a log of deleted fees on an account. 

Web & Other

[Payments - List View] This area now lists the entry number associated with the payment. If the payment is associated with numerous entries, the lowest entry number will be displayed. 

[Remove 'Credit Transfer' type] The ‘Credit Transfer’ option on drop-downs, located in entry detail has now been removed. Due to the format of this area, Credit Transfers were not able to be completed correctly. The feature is still available under the Quick Action Wheel.  

[Entries - Log Class Add/Drops] The adding and dropping of classes is now being logged for recording of activity within an entry. 

[ShowGroundsLive.com Payments - Entry Number Reference] ShowGroundsLive.com payments now include entry number reference within the payment detail. 

Reports

[Judges Card Labels] A new set of labels have been created; printing by day, by ring and include the following information: Class Number, Class Name, Show Name, Class Description, and Scheduled Class Day and Ring. 

[1099 Summary Report] A new report has been developed, based on the original 1099 report. The report is mainly for exporting usage to Excel (or similar). This can be done by choosing ‘Print to Disk’ on the print dialog box, and opening the document in Excel. The following information is included; USEF number, Name, Address, Social Security Number, Federal ID Number, and Total Dollar Amount Won (over $600).

[1099 and 1099 Summary Report - Specify Year] Prior to printing either the 1099 or 1099 Summary Report, ShowGrounds now prompts the user to enter the four-digit year they would like to report on. 

[Daily User Payment Report] A new report has been created; allowing each user to print out their daily payment collections, reconcile with checks and cash, and submit it to management at the end of the day. The report currently prompts the user for a ‘Start’ and ‘End’ Date, though only a start date is needed to be entered. This will soon be removed. The report consists of the following information; User Name, Date, Payment Type, Reference Number, Entry Number, Description of Payment, Amount, Payment Type subtotals, and Grand Total. 

Bug Fixes

[Class Roster Verification] Within a class detail, if the entry count in the class is zero, ShowGrounds now sets the count of un-scratched entries after verifying results of the class and clicking ‘Done’. If, however, there is currently a value in the addback override field that is larger than 0, ShowGrounds will confirm if the user would like to change the value, then do so. 

[Payments - Web Deposit, SecureNet Description] ShowGroundsLive.com deposit payments, previously, were not transferring a description to the customers’ SecureNet account. This was due to the temporary entry number being changed, eliminating the purpose of reporting. The Web Deposit description is now, Show Number, Year, and Horse Name (Example: 3001-09 Black Beauty [Web Deposit])

[Active4D Errors - Ring Status, Class Add/Drops] Two Active4D Errors were reported on ShowGroundsLive.com; during the saving of Class Add/Drops and on the Ring Status page. These have been resolved.  

[Classes - List View - Incorrect Entry Count] Previously, some classes on the List View in Classes were showing a 0 entry count, which was incorrect. This is now fixed.
