These release notes summarize the changes made in the most recent releases, 2.03.59 and 2.03.60.
New Features
[Show Check List Items For Entries] We have added a major new feature that allows the show office to maintain a checklist of items needed for each entry. This checklist is defined for a show allowing different shows to have a varying checklist items depending on the needs. The shows check list appears on the entry detail screen allowing items to be checked and unchecked. The checklist items have been integrated into several reports so that the office can get the items during the check-in process. These reports include “Packet Labels” and Check-in report.

[Circuit Standings By Trainer] - This feature was added much earlier but not reported. The standings system now allows calculation of standings for owners and trainers.
Reports (Changes and Additions)
- Stabling By Trainer - Added customer requests during entry process to the report
- Show Schedule (Trips) - This new report shows all the trips scheduled for a given set of entries. There report groups the trips by day and ring. It also shows estimated trip start times.
- Show Schedule (Class Groups) - Made a number of changes to this report to make it more user friendly.
- Packet Labels - Packet labels can be used for the checkin process. They show basic information about the entry as well as “Needed” items based on the new check list system.
- Trail Ride Labels - These labels added for Trail Ride events.
Bug Fixes & Small Changes
- 1099 Reports - Wrong horse reported in some cases. This was fixed much earlier not sure of version.
- Simple scheduler window opened to large - FIXED
- Simple Scheduler - Adding or updating classes for a group did not update trip counts - FIXED
- Simple Scheduler - Class prep time not accounted for when previous class had set start time - FIXED.
- Registration confirmation - Changed confirmation to a link.
